1. Introduction

At BXGC Private Limited (“we,” “us”, “our”), we aim to provide the highest level of service to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances when you may want to cancel a service or request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which a service can be cancelled or a refund can be made.

2. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a service, please notify us immediately. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel services that have already begun or been completed.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:

  • If you have been charged incorrectly due to an error on our part, we will refund the full amount.
  • If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 7 days after the service is provided. We will investigate the matter and if we determine that our service was not provided to a satisfactory level due to factors under our control, we may offer a partial or full refund.

Please note that refunds are not given by default in case of service cancellation. Each refund request is evaluated individually.

4. Refund Process

If your request for a refund is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.
